A non-commissioned cop has reportedly killed his wife and a deliveryman before turning the gun on himself after storming into her place of work and riddling the hair salon with bullets.

Three people died in the shooting incident as a fourth victim fights for their life in a Turkish hospital.

The non-commissioned officer allegedly shot the victims after visiting his estranged wife, identified as Handan Dogru, at work in a hair salon in the district of Gaziemir in the western Turkish province of Izmir.

During an argument with his wife, who he was in the process of divorcing, Koksel Dogru reportedly pulled out his gun and sprayed the hair salon with bullets.

The suspect’s wife and a deliveryman identified as Alper Rapuroglu were killed in the incident while Gizem Onal, who was working in the hairdressers with Handan Dogru, was seriously injured.

The gunman reportedly turned the gun on himself about 100 metres from the shop entrance and shot himself in the head.

Meanwhile, Onal was taken to the Izmir Katip Celebi University Ataturk Education and Research Hospital by ambulance after receiving first aid at the scene.

There have been no further updates on the victim’s condition.
