A former reality TV contestant is seen here smiling at the camera for a mug shot after she was arrested in Argentina when a US tourist accused her of drugging him in a hotel and stealing his belongings.
The arrest took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, after Luciana Martinez, a former participant on the Telefe reality show Big Brother, was identified by City Police following a complaint from a 40-year-old American tourist who said he was robbed after meeting her during a night out in the Palermo district.
According to the police complaint filed on 14th March, the man said he met Martinez and another man, identified as her representative Cristian Wagner, the previous night at the Makena Cantina Club bar in Palermo.
The three later went to the Smart Hotel Montevideo, located on Fray Justo Santa Maria de Oro street in the same neighbourhood, arriving at around 6:45am.
Hotel staff scanned identification documents when they entered the building, creating a record of the visitors.
The tourist told investigators they drank alcohol together in his hotel room before he fell asleep.

When he woke up around midday, he reported that Martinez and Wagner had gone and several of his belongings were missing.
The items he reported stolen included his passport, a digital watch, a backpack and other personal belongings.
Police said security camera footage from the hotel showed Wagner leaving the building at around 7am, while Martinez allegedly left at about 10:30am.
The victim filed a complaint, prompting an investigation by Buenos Aires City Police.
Authorities used the hotel entry records and CCTV footage to identify the suspects.
Both Martinez and Wagner were later detained at Martinez’s home on Billinghurst Street in Palermo.
Both suspects remain in custody and are expected to give statements as the investigation continues.
