The doner kebab cook father of a beautiful belly dancer has been arrested after the discovery of her body, expertly chopped into pieces, that was found in a local woodland.
Hasan Uslu, who makes doner kebabs for a living, is alleged to have murdered his 32-year-old daughter, Didem, and hacked off her limbs with the huge blade he used at work.
Didem’s mother Sati Uslu and younger sister Ozlem were also detained by police investigating the gruesome crime in the Kesan district of Edirne Province, Turkey, although Ozlem has since been released.

The dancer’s dismembered arm was found wrapped in a newspaper in local woodland by a passer by collecting pine cones. Police using tracker dogs went on to find other parts of the body, all cut with very precise and straight incisions.
This led them to concentrate their investigation on the father of the victim and a search of his house was followed by his arrest, along with other members of the dead woman’s family.
Hasan Uslu is alleged to have admitted to killing his daughter following an argument at home after which he dismembered the body and disposed of the pieces in various parts of the forest. He is said to have shown these locations to the police after being brought to the forest during his interrogation.
