This is the moment a man pulls a pregnant woman down a snow-covered hill using her body like a sledge in a hilarious bid to prevent her from slipping and tumbling on the ice.
The footage has reportedly gone viral after being shared on social media, where it attracted widespread attention and positive reactions, in the city of Sarajevo, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 5th January.
The video shows the pregnant woman lying on her back on the snow while the dad-to-be grips her legs and carefully drags her downhill.
She slides smoothly across the snow as the man gently pulls her by her legs before they reach the bottom of the hill and what appears to be a waiting car.
Heavy snowfall has made travel and daily life difficult across the region during an intense cold spell, according to reports.
Despite the conditions, the couple appear to turn the situation into a moment of humour and improvisation.

The clip quickly spread across social media platforms and drew numerous positive comments.
One Instagram user joked. “The baby’s first sledge ride”, while another said. “Improvise and adapt”, and a third quipped: “Resourceful, brilliant and the safest”.
Another mum also approved of the idea, commenting: “Last year I fell on ice when I was eight months pregnant with twins and could barely get up. Everyone was watching and no one helped. I was terrified to death. I wasn’t hurt, but the fear… So this is wise. Good luck, mum, good luck, baby.”
There have been no further details about the clip and about what happened next.
