An influencer dubbed a “Kylie Jenner lookalike” has revealed she began using ChatGPT as a “digital therapist” to dissect her love life and was amazed when it helped expose the obvious signs that she was a victim of cheating.
Julia Medeiros, 24, who is Brazilian and lives in Miami, in Florida in United States, spoke about her experience in an update released on 2nd March.

Julia said she turned to the artificial intelligence platform during a period of repeated romantic turmoil, saying: “I was going through similar conflicts again and again, and I felt like I was always reacting the same way.
“I started writing everything into ChatGPT as if I were talking to a therapist. I would describe what had happened, how I felt, and ask what that said about me.”
What began as occasional messages soon became a routine, she explained.
She said: “At first, it was once a week. Then there were weeks when I wrote every day. It became a space to organise my thoughts before making any decision.”
According to Julia, laying out events chronologically exposed patterns she says she had previously minimised.
She said: “I realised I was accepting attitudes that had already hurt me before. When I put everything in sequence, it became very clear that I was repeating cycles.”

She recalled one relationship in particular, where documenting conversations and behaviour shifts proved decisive.
She said: “I described contradictory messages, changes in behaviour, and situations I was trying to justify.
“When I saw everything organised, I realised I was ignoring clear signs of cheating. That’s when I understood I needed to end it.”
The influencer stressed that the final choice was hers alone.
She said: “ChatGPT didn’t break up for me.
“But it helped me stop romanticising behaviours that weren’t healthy. I was postponing a decision I already knew I had to make.”
While she acknowledged the tool is not a substitute for professional therapy, she described it as a “logical mirror” that forced her to confront uncomfortable truths.
She said: “It’s not clinical therapy. But for me, it worked as a rational space for reflection. It helped me see what I was avoiding.”

Julia previously attracted international attention after claiming she had exchanged frequent private messages with Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton from September 2024, before he was pictured sitting alongside Kim Kardashian at Super Bowl LX on 8 February at Levi’s Stadium in California.
She said she believed she was involved in a “digital romance” with the seven-time world champion and shared screenshots of alleged exchanges.
Hamilton has not publicly commented on those claims.
