An adult star has revealed she gifted her new husband a necklace containing a drop of her own menstrual blood to mark their new beginning after undergoing surgery to “become a virgin again” before their wedding.
Former Miss BumBum Andressa Urach, 38, gave the unusual gift to music entrepreneur Flavio Giglioli, 26, following their private wedding ceremony held last month (February).

Andressa, who lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil, said she created the necklace as a “symbol of fertility, renewal and devotion” to mark the start of their new life together.
She explained that the idea developed while she was preparing for the wedding and that she wanted to give her husband something with personal meaning rather than a conventional gift.
Andressa said: “I wanted to give something that had real significance. Menstrual blood represents cycle, renewal and the possibility of generating life. For me it made sense to transform that into a symbol of our beginning.”
She said she researched ways to safely encapsulate a drop of the blood to turn it into a permanent piece of jewellery.
According to Andressa, the necklace was given privately to Flavio after the ceremony.
She said her husband was initially surprised by the gift before she explained its meaning.

Andressa said: “He was impacted at first because it’s not a traditional gift. After I explained what it represented, he understood.
“For us it became a symbol of fertility and devotion.”
The influencer said the marriage marks a new phase in her life after years of public exposure and that the first weeks of married life have been calm as the couple adjust.
She said: “I wanted to mark this beginning with something unique, something that represented our decision.”
Andressa said the necklace now serves as a reminder of the start of their union and the commitment they made.
She said: “It was my way of symbolising this new chapter.”

Andressa previously revealed that she secretly married Flavio in a private ceremony kept out of the public eye.
Before the wedding, she said she underwent an intimate harmonisation procedure she described as a way to “become a virgin again” as a symbolic reset before starting married life.
She said the decision was deeply personal and intended to mark the beginning of a new chapter in her life.
